HI FOLKS, I think the experience was surprising, really I hadn't expectations of how it was going to be, but i didn't expect that I'll have fun doing this. Sometime it was hard for me to find the time to do the other things that I have to, like the central workshop, the draw class (Im sooooo late, and lost and in crisis like allways)
My writing skills are better now, I can think quicker in english and immediately, (before, I used to think in spanish first and then translate de words, but the order is different so it was slower and confuser)
Still, I think that I need to learn more vocabulary, sometime I forget the right words that I want to use, or I repeat expressions a lot.
In the future we could watch scenes from movies and then do something about it (exercises I mean). MMM, translate songs (chosen by each person)..
I liked when we played the game of the character in the forehead, or the animal's riddles.
MMM its hard for me pick a subject to write about, all of them was interesting and fun (except the ones that was about how was going to be our lives in the future, the works, and things like that), I think Id like to write in the future about movies, food... I dont knoooow, but I know that I liked the blogs and writing and meeting the other classmates, JAJA byebyeee!

MMM, its hard to me pick a speciffic genre of music because I like to lot the music and I listen to lot of kinds of it, (except reggaeton, cumbia ...)
Maybe rock could be my favorite genre, but different kinds of rock (psychodelic, indie, electronic, punk)
This year I started to listen to a lot of different bands, and I figured out that my favorite kind of music is the one that does not nessesarily sound good, but its filled with energy and feeling and the listener needs to think and process it, interpret the message, and for that reason I think that in a way it becomes more important or personal. So i think that its hard to find only a genre, because that hapens with different genres. As I don't have a favorite musical genre, I can´t say where it comes from or talk about its main exponents, but I realized that my favorite instrument is the bass and the drums (but above all the bass). Also I like synth because they offer a lot of possibilities of experimentation.I must say that my favorites are David Bowie (forever), New Order, Joy Division, The Smiths, Radiohead, Gorillaz, Pond, Homeshake and if I could talk about music, I could tell much more about a lot of different bands.

Mmmm, to start, I must say that this semester has been very difficult, I have been confused, stressed and doing everything at the last minute (just like now, I feel like a disaster).

Anyway, I think my favorite subject this semester has been "art history" because it is a light and entertaining subject, it is like a rest inside of everything heavy of the week.
I have art history every Wednesday, once a week. I like it because it's interesting, the teacher does the class in an entertaining way and it’s no hard to pay attention. (Last year I always fell asleep in that class, because it was another system that I found boring, and was really tired on wednesday)

I think what I like most about the class is that it creates a closeness to what the teacher teaches, because she doesn’t only exposes, she makes the students think, ask, and we are more awake.

So, the teacher has a very important role, because the way she does the class is the one that makes it more interesting. (I think so) She knows a lot, and makes the history of art seem closer.

This semester I learned about the modern art, and now we are going to learn about the avant-garde, so Im very very excited because I like the avant-gardes a lot. (The last thing we saw in class was the work of Pablo Picasso, so here's a picture that I liked)

The advantages of studying art could be that it gives us the possibility to feel happy and full when doing what we really like; learn to communicate and express and be able to create and develop projects of our own. But also, studying art is a brave choice because working and living in art is complicated, this could be the greatest disadvantage.
I think the career is well known, but I don't think that's relevant. Everyone knows that it exists, but also everyone (or the majority) believes that it's not a useful or important career. For the same reason, to study art, I believe that the most important thing is to have passion, will and perseverance.
Studying art offers many personal benefits, there are many workshops in the university (my plan is to participate in several to learn the technique and be able to mix what I know according my interests).
Also, meet a lot of interesting people with interesting thoughts and it is fun to share reflections or experiences with people like that. Personally, I really like the atmosphere in this university.
MMM, I do not know much about the professional benefits of studying art (yet) At the moment, I haven't thought much about the future, about where I can work, and less how much money I'm going to earn. I'm more focused on learning now.

MMM, maybe this is not my favorite artist (Im
not sure if I really have one), but I like a lot his work.

Man Ray (or Emmanuel Radnitzky, his real name)  was a visual artist from United States. He was born in Philadelphia and he was from a jewish family. Then he lived in New Yorke, and then he lived in France. In these places he developed his artistic career and he met other visual artists with whom he actively participated in the dadaist and surrealist movement. He worked in many disciplines like painting, sculpture, films and photography. Personally, this last artistic area is the most I like and admire of him because in it he develops a dark atmosphere but that is nonetheless interestingly illogical and erotic.
I really like his work because it shows a very special and unique style and I think it is possible to recognize it as an influence of many trends in photography, films and even fashion.

Hi folks, this is me holding a baby (a newborn baby) for first time in my life.
Truly, I don't like babies very much because they make me nervous; they are so delicate and I think that I could squeeze them or drop them and stuff. Also, some of them cry a lot and make strange noises that I don't understand, (this is maybe the worst thing about the babies, they don't know how communicate and that's why they cry and make noises when they need or want something)
Anyway, this is my new nephew and he was born two days ago. It's my elder sister's son and my parents are sooooo happy with all this. At first, it was weird to me and my brother because we didn't expect that our elder sister was going to be a mom, but now all the family is very very happy and proud of her. No one knew what it was going to be, a girl or a boy and finally it was a boy! and his name is Rafael :)
This picture was taken for my sister yesterday, when me and my mom went to the clinic to visit her and knew the baby. She looks fat yet, and she was tired for all the energy spent at birth, even so, she said that she was really happy and full of love.
I liked this baby, he is little, soft and smell really nice.
I hope that when he grow up and come to my house to visit us doesn't bother my cat.

MMM, I think I don't have any favorite technologic piece yet. I'm saving money to buy a camera that takes good pictures and let me record videos in high quality. I think that when I'll have it, I'll use it very much for projects and works. I like record videos and mix stuff.
I' not really interested by the technology in this moment, I don't have many technologic things that are important to me or means something special so I don't care very much about it.
But, one of the most things I like to do is listen music, watch movies (I don't watch TV, I download it in Internet).
BYEEE
